General

If this happens to you, we may have the capacity to address the issue if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Just contact us as soon as you can providing your order number here.  

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. 

If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible, either by replacing it, or by refunding.

Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process. Contact us via email at support@dareblack.com. For more information, please see our refund policy.  

You can ONLY cancel orders which have not been dispatched.

Materials

Colored gold typically consists of standard gold - which has a yellowish color – mixed with various other metals to create an alloy. 

However, for black gold it is used a chemical treatment processes to plate, deposit or oxidize a black material - such as cobalt – onto the surface of another metal.  

In short, black gold is not natural and is always created. 

Black gold plating can also be obtained by plating the piece with Rhodium or Ruthenium.

Black Ruthenium is a Platinum Group Metal. It is in the same family as Platinum and Rhodium. It is a rare precious metal with similar characteristics to Platinum and Rhodium.  

Shipping

For our UK customers, you’ll be charged a Customs Duty on gifts and other goods sent from outside the EU by your local government if they’re above a certain value.

Anything under £135 NO charge. Anything worth £ 135-£ 630, 2.5% depending on the goods you purchase. 

For our clients from other countries, you can obtain more information by contacting your local government authorities in charge.  

Tracking

All shipments are being traced and being given a tracking number.

Please allow 24-72 hours to receive your tracking information after your order has been shipped.
